Admiral Cornelius Herkinor is a commander of the Fiefdom's Caldari-born armed forces. As an esteemed military leader he has seen the bloodshed of war both from the officer's seat and the infantryman's reticule. Many of the Fiefdom's famous battles were fought by him alongside Chi, and stories abound of their heroism and the lengths to which each went to save the other on the battlefield. Cornelius like his grandfather 300 years before him, took an instant liking to Chi and this fondness has only grown with age. He religiously supports her cause and has outright refused to recognise any but Chi as the Fiefdom's true heir.
Cornelius Herkinor is the chairman, and figurehead of the Chugakuseis that have married into the Herkinor Family. Though they bear a different surname, their loyalty is absolute and the Herkinor comprise one of the five great families presiding over the Fiefdom.
