Buyback in Dodixie:
Use https://evepraisal.com and create a contract in Dodixie at 90% of the Jita/Dodixie buy price. Contracts are evaluated and accepted/rejected on Wednesdays. DM or EVE Mail if you would like a quicker turn around. An EVE Mail will be sent if your contract is rejected. Contracts are limited to around 1 billion in value, multiple contracts are fine.
We accept anything and everything, Mining, Mission Loot, EVERYTHING.
Private Hauling:
1 Million per Jump + 100K for each jump the starting location is from Dodixie. Then multiply by the expected collateral in Billions, with 1 Billion as the lower limit. Volume restrictions would be around 850,000 m3. Set contract to Looking Glass Technologies. Contracts should be set to allow 1 week for completion and at least one week for expiration. This allows for some operator judgement when certain choke points are "busy".
Hauling Examples:
Dodixie <-> Jita with 1.8 Billion Collateral :
(15 Jumps * 1 + 0 * 0.1 Starting Location) * 1.8 = 27 Million Reward
Adreland <-> Jita with 1.1 Billion Collateral :
(13 Jumps * 1 + 3 * 0.1 Starting Location) * 1.1 = 14.63 Million Reward

Let us know how we can help you. Base fee is Raw Material Cost + Fees + 5%. Delivery is to anywhere in highsec. Delivery fees are applicable if delivery is more than 5 jumps from Dodixie.
