Only a small number of the Sansha's Nation are free from the control of the Slave Implants. These individuals, known as True Citizens, are mostly scientists, researchers, philosophers, doctors, artists, and other intelligentsia. Few capsuleers have declared their loyalty to the Nation; only recently has the Nation has been openly welcoming and recruiting them.
Jadelyn Vega's years of service on the frontline of the Amarr-Minmatar conflict had shown her the fury of the Sansha first hand. During one of the Sansha's dreaded incursions that her ship was brought down mostly in tact. A truly unique situation then unfolded. An immortal Capsuleer captured alive by forces loyal to the Nation and delivered into the murky depths of Stain.
She endured the hardships of a life in confinement in exchange for the chance to glean any information she could of the origins and practices of the mysterious Sansha. What seemed like an eternity passed by. In time, she became began to grow accustomed to torments so generously applied to her by Sansha torturers. As her interrogations became less frequent; and her torture more reward than punishment, her internment finally ended.
The recent invasion of New Eden by the Triglavian Collective has once more stirred the Nation to action. Seeing their hated foes battered by the relentless Triglavians, the ever ambitious True Power has deployed it's capsuleers on clandestine missions all over the galaxy seeking to weaken the great empires and prepare New Eden for a True Sansha future.
