Report: Not much is known about this pilot, this snapshot was taken upon release of a Gallente dentention center near Dodixie some time ago. The Federation charged him with conspiracy of plotting to bomb the Dodixie market hub. The Federation released Ist Blood 3 months later after inconclusive evidence.

Looks like contested rate is dropping. Are the squids running out of ships or just getting tired? I think it's the ships. Ist Blood stole all their ships parked outside of their POS last night.
