It appears to be a very worn-out, simple, blue, three-button console. You can discern particular iconography on each of the three buttons, but it remains unclear what exactly it is depicting.

Following the wiring out of the bottom of the console, it appears there are three labels: “Jump, Bridge, and Coffee”. As to which button does what, only its original owner could ever know…
