SUBJECT: Operational Framework and Deployment Pipeline – Basic Training for Nullsec (BTN)
1. PURPOSE To establish the operational relationship between Basic Training for Nullsec (BTN) and its personnel, and to define the transition from High-Sec mining operations to Null-Sec deployment.
2. CORPORATE STRUCTURE The Corporation (Prime Contractor): BTN functions as the lead contracting entity and command element. The Corporation is responsible for strategic coordination, fleet logistics, and providing the infrastructure necessary for industrial mining operations. The Pilot (Sub-Contractor): All personnel are classified as Independent Sub-Contractors. In this capacity, you maintain full command and control over your individual career progression and engagement profile. The Corporation functions solely as your supporting command, providing the operational framework and tactical backup required for mission success.
3. MINING OPERATIONS The Corporation maintains the requisite assets and command-burst platforms to field organized mining wings within High-Sec. These operations serve as the primary theatre for capital accumulation and fleet maneuver proficiency.
4. THE NULL-SEC PIPELINE The primary objective for all personnel is successful insertion into Null-Sec. However, pilots who find the High-Sec industrial environment preferable are permitted to maintain their standing with the Corporation indefinitely. For those moving forward, the transition process is executed as follows: Graduation: Clearance for forward deployment is granted once both the Corporation and the Recruit determine the pilot has reached the necessary state of readiness. The Escort: To mitigate the risk of transit through contested gate networks, the Corporation will provide an escort and scouting detachment. This unit will ensure the Sub-Contractor reaches their designated Null-Sec destination.
