1. Does my new ride come with a warranty?
All of our hulls comes with a complimentary <<WAIFU-MART LIFETIME GUARANTEE>>. This warranty covers materials and manufacturing defects, but not problems due to incorrect use or setup, or natural wear and tear. That said, you can always purchase a "no-question-asked" insurance policy from our partners at the Secure Commerce Commission should you expect rapid disassembly in the near future.
2. The stock trim is too blingy, can I opt for the budget trim instead?
Our default trim package is designed with isk-efficiency and combat effectiveness in mind. This means we are usually only offering premium parts on expensive hulls often bigger than a cruiser. That said, you are always welcome to contract the bling module back to us at 0 isk and we will refund you its 100% jita buy value.
3. Do you offer financing?
Unfortunely we are not able to offer financing at this moment. But we also offer a variety of budget-friendly packages including assault frigates and destroyers if you wish to keep it economical.
4. Do you have a XXX in stock?
Reach out to any of our Waifu-Mart Employees and we can get you a personal quote for your order.
