The Arculus Consortium will use our already capable, and diverse fleet with the following aims in mind. Discovery, exploration and data gathering of new systems and planets Continuing our business model for humanity’s expansion by constructing bases at suitable and strategic locations Selling or leasing these bases to other organizations and/or partners Providing luxury tours to new, exotic and exclusive destinations Providing additional resources and funding through our self-sufficient mining, salvage, freight, and mercantile operations
Member Skill Development
The Arculus Consortium seeks to provide practical training opportunities and experience for active members: Our training goal is to have all Arculus Consortium members capable of functionally filling all available positions on any given ship in the fleet An internal org ranking system will be used, reflective of various elements, such as: Arculus Consortium members main or affiliate status, time and activity with Arculus Consortium , demonstrated skills/abilities/growth, and other considerations Affiliate members of Arculus Consortium are welcome and appreciated and not restricted from progressing in Arculus Consortium rankings, though advancement may be faster for those with Arculus Consortium as their main organization During Arculus Consortium sanctioned multi-crew missions we utilize a system of job rotation, with position availability being based on Arculus Consortium ranking and approved qualifications Arculus Consortium asks that members strive to maintain a baseline proficiency in all crew functions, in case an emergency need arises to fulfill any given position Our current fleet does contain a significant number of craft which can be used to provide services during Arculus Consortium, or other operations.
