Diadem Enterprise™ is an American multinational technology company headquartered in Caldari State, that designs, develops, and sells ships and modules, completes missions, and mines in large fleets.

Diadem Enterprise™ was founded by Artemis Kusoni, in May 2020 to organize a group of friends. Originally starting out as Luzzatto Corporation, founded in 2016, it was incorporated as Diadem Enterprise in order to reform and reemerge as a stronger corporation.
