Lotek Republic is an independently operating subsidiary corporation of the Lotek of New Eden alliance fighting for the Minmatar Republic. While members of the Lotek Republic are bound by alliance policy, they are not bound by alliance affairs, including standings and treaties with other entities, as long as they are members of this corporation.

Full Disclosure: The Lotek of New Eden, which as a whole does not engage in factional warfare, also operates three other independently operating subsidiary factional warfare corporations fighting for the Amarr Empire, Caldari State, and Gallente Federation. Each member of each corporation is also considered a member of the Lotek of New Eden and they all share common non-FW communications infrastructure; however, they do not share FW-specific comms or intel with each other. Furthermore, each of these corporations have +10 standing with each other to prevent friendly fire, but this is not strictly prohibited.
