2) If the bumper demands a ransom of either ISK or assets, then
comply with him / her.
3) Don't resist or seek help from a 3rd party - this will anger the
gank fleet FC and will surely result in your death.
4) Once ransom has been paid, then freely fly away.
5) Purchase a mining permit for 10m.
