It's secondary principal is to gather historical data from the other periods of Caldari history.
Thirdly the Archive's operatives are encouraged to gather historical data from the other empires as well, to be distributed to all that seek to learn.
The Archives fourth principal is to gather historical data about alliances, corporations and other pod-pilot organizations, though in this case what data is shared and with whom it is shared is left up to the organizations them self’s.
