As with any industry, the ability to use the wealth we aquire and form it into something efficient and useful has been a goal of races for millenia. Like with anything succesful, we have the means and need to be self sufficient, and the Production and Development gives us the opportunity to do so.

Finally, we have the root of all expansion, and progression. Our R&D group takes what we already use to accrew our wealth, and expands on the profitability and efficiency, furthering our cause.
