Reese & Costanza Mining was a family driven long established corporation, whose activities were almost based in deepspace areas with no to little population. Risk and profit were always anywhere and one day Dave Reese and Italo Costanza both died in an accidental machinery explosion.

With its founders death, the corporation found itself losing interest in deepspace mining and soon mining in high security space attracted everyone in corporation.

At that time, Dupont came into and brought more efficient machinery, specially in mining lasers. Then VanMorgaan joined to improve corporation financial direction, leading to what later would be known as a profitable and well run business.
