As the wayward march to the stars began, the founding of The Systems Common Wealth, the WC3 came into being. A collection of all human knowledge, wealth, and power.
As contact formed between the fledgling brothers of humanity, it was The Systems Common Wealth that stood above all else, keeping balance and peace.
Yet, dark times befall even the greatest of goliaths and soon the galaxy became embroiled in turmoil.
With naught else to loose, The Systems Common Wealth withdrew upon itself creating a becon of ill will for all those that would stand against order and knowledge. Only able to keep peace within a select few systems dedicated to the cause, The Systems Commonwealth became a ghost of it's former glory. However, with a mind and will of the purest metals it struck forth into the fray, battling to once again gain the glory that was EVE.
