Vigor dignosed New Eden lost the nature by clone-tech and ISK economy. so to return human society need to make no-ISK-economy first, paradoxically it is possible by clone-tech. That was supposed by Walkerson and she won the novel peace prize at A.D 2327. Vigor accept and modified to fit now. but there was limit. so she decide to organize armed force. like Walkerson did in Georgia. to save world.
In Y107 she heard the rumor, Walkerson's clone still exist.
