However, during one particularly dangerous mission, Shadea was ambushed by a rival gang of Guristas smugglers because one of her closest collegue and more importantly, friend betrayed her.

In the ensuing battle, she suffered severe injuries, lost both of her arms and damaged her torso beyond traditional medical capabilities. Desperate to save her life, her crew brought her to a renegade group of cyberneticists who specialized in creating advanced prosthetics.

The cyberneticists were able to fit Shadea with state-of-the-art cybernetic implants that not only restored her mobility, but also enhanced her physical abilities beyond what any human could achieve. With her new cybernetic enhancements, Shadea became even more skilled and unstoppable than before.

Determined to never make the same mistakes again, Shadea became a hardened and highly capable leader of her own smuggling ring, taking on only the most challenging and lucrative jobs. She remained fiercely independent and guarded, trusting only a select few individuals in her inner circle.
