戦争論 ~Vom Kriege~
・戦争とは他の手段をもってする政策の継続である。

・目的とは、戦争によって達成しようとする戦争目的、すなわち政治的目的のことであり、目標とは、戦争において達成しようとする戦争目標 、すなわち軍事（作戦）目標のことである。
