In the year 1983 Arteris was born to Gragor and Mina Elderon on Todaki. His father was a Caldari Naval officer serving with the Caldari Naval Operations Force. His mother served on a trade vessel until he was 19 when it was attacked by pirates and destroyed. At that time he went to live with his father. With a personal vendetta to defend mining and trade vessels from pirate activity he joined the Caldari Navy. He rose through the ranks over the years and eventually gained the command of a frigate. Caprian Elderon gained notariaty as a skillful tactician and combat commander by executing many successful raids on pirate strongholds. After years of fighting and the death of his Father he left the Navy to command a mining ship in honor of his mother.

Now Arteris is just looking for an easy, quiet life where he can be left alone to live out the rest of his life with his dog. That is, until pirates decided steal his frigate and kill his dog...
