"I believe that CCP did in fact know that there was a fight planned in that system. The entire fight was a trap to bait a super fleet, set up by goons for months, and was only foiled because the premier weapons in the game simply don't work at all. Every escalation tonight was pre-planned, every single thing that happened was a deliberate action prepared in advance by goons, and CCP was informed of the fact that it would escalate to that level, just not about the trap itself (since they likely would have leaked it). The boson just doesn't work, it is not a weapon you can use because the game code does not handle it correctly, which is the only thing that saved those supers. The only mistake goon leadership made was trusting that CCP would have one of their premier elite weapons, one of four, one specifically designed to be fitted to anti-super capital ships, be completely unusably broken." -Goon Koolaid Drinker
