Born as a twin to Jacen Hagar, the brothers inherited vast sums of money from their parents. Unknown to them, they had another sibling who was disowned by the family for his heinous crimes and criminal affiliations. Eventually, Luken Hagar crossed paths with the twins while they were on a mining operation. When Luken's pirate ship appeared out of nowhere, Jacen and Jes saw their lives flash before their eyes. However, when the pirate ship accepted their vid request to surrender, what they found was a spitting image of their father, albiet much younger. Luken, the pirate, stared back at them through the digital feed. Dumbfounded, Luken disengaged his weapons and spoke. What followed was joyful reunion of the brothers three.
