Katie was born into one of the few Caldari families that does not hold resentment against the Gallente for the Gallente-Caldari War years ago, thus meaning that her family was ok with her marrying her husband, Skyler (who is a Gallente Naval Commander), when they met while Skyler was on leave in Caldari space. She always loved science and enjoyed tinkering with things in research facility. She researches new inventions and manufactures items for her husband, his brother (Liam), and of course, herself. She will do favors for those that her family is close to and has no problem engaging in combat from time-to-time when necessary or just to shoot stuff. She is virtually the head of logistics for her entire family as they tend to rely on her to get things in order.
