A trim man in his mid-twenties, Blaisus is an avid mountaineer, scaling all six of Clellinon's highest peaks before his twentieth birthday. Applying his drive and lust for adventure, he graduated the Center for Advanced Studies in under two years with advanced degrees in geology, quantum theory, mathematics and history.

Shortly after graduating, he was contacted by the the Concordiat Deep Science Division. They had begun to receive strange XF signals from a nearby source. With the aid of the CDSD, Blaisus led a class 5-R expedition with a crew of six charting geological XF anomalies around the moons of Clellinon.

During a ground recon of the icy and barren mountainous region of moon TE-02, a Jove device was discovered in a cave at an altitude of 17 530 meters by Blaisus and his crew. According to residual energies discovered at the site, it is believed the Jove device was purposely activated by Blaisus. The reason remains unknown.
