Noobs - don't be afraid to ask questions! Speak up in local, invite someone to a private convo, use google or whatever you have to do to learn the game. Otherwise, you get blown up and the game sucks for you!

Vets - give the new guys a fighting chance so they don't quit the game! We need more active pilots in this game... blow theym up, ok, but give some education too and don't be mean about it!
