My personal reason:
I made several billion ISK a day with my 10 year old main character (doing Exploration/Wormholes) and I want to spread wealth to others, that are not able to earn ISK that easily.
To receive your ISK you only need to follow some easy rules:
1. Send 50m and I WILL send you 400m back (8x reward).
2. Send 100m and place 20m Bounty on me and I WILL send you 1 Billion back
(10x reward)!
