Cephei is an internet "bully" and jackass whose attitude poison's MANY people's enjoyment of the game. Belitting players does not inspire them to log in. I know there have been talks in the past, but people don't change. For a corp that processes 5-7 new apps a week, from my count, only about 20 players can be expected to join fleets from BOS during EU prime. It's amazing that he pings noting only a fraction of the players in game will join fleet, yet he doesn't look in the mirror to see why? I'm sure you will hear similar complaints from others who are afraid to cross Cephei openly. I know Suas is disappointed in fleet turnouts lately and the reason for this survey is largely being driven by this, but until BOS changes what it will tolerate (bullying, racism, religious, ethnic slurs), we will continue to hemmorage players until the only ones left are Cephei's sycophants. Sorry to be so blunt, but you wanted the truth.
