The Count was born into a highly ranked but financially poor family of True Amarrians in the system of Kehour. Forced to work for a living, which was considered shameful by his social class, he eventually made his fortune in the systems of Derelik after inventing Kehour Fried Fedo. This was a process that made the infamous creature edible by first draining it of all Fedo Blood and then deep frying it in a secret blend of Ammatar spices, which made the dish popular among Ammatars, Amarrians and even Minmatars.
Determined to eradicate the stain upon his honor for having raised up an entire generation of Minmatar freedom fighters on his deep fried lickins', the Count used his fortune to become a capsuleer. After multiple failed charitable ventures (turns out that most True Amarrians have never worked for a living and are not very interested in charity) the Count decided that the only way he could correct for his past mistakes was to join faction warfare.
