Happy Slaps, a character of great interest to many. He started his career as a failed medical experiment trying to create a nuclear powered human.

Trying to lead a normal life, he qualified for one of the first of the pod pilot programs, however went insane and killed everyone.

The Gallente Federation captured him and attempted to commit his body to the pool of bio-mass. Happy Slaps remains the only man to escape the reprocessing plant halfway through.

Mangled and torn, a secret organization captured his body for use as a mindless assassin. They thought they could rebuild him, stronger, faster, better....they were wrong. The nano reasemblers code corrupted leaving his mind and soul intact but not much else.

Happy Slaps now travels the universe offering his daycare services onboard his velator.
