The Rules of Eve.
1. Do the tutorial. All of it. At least once.
2. Listen to people, you will learn a lot
3. No Begging!
4. Don't rush into a bigger ship without the support skills.
5. Don't undock in anything you can't afford to lose.
6. Thinking outside the box is good. Fitting against your ships bonuses is NEVER good.
7. Don't mix passive/active tanking.
8. Don't mix tanks. Armor or shields but not both.
9. Don't mix guns. Go long or short range but don't mix.
10. Learn to control the distance between you and your target.
11. Don't smack talk.
12. Don't shoot blues.
13. Don't use autopilot, in low sec or 0.0 especially.
14. Always keep your clone up to date.
15. Learn to think in three dimensions.
16. The chances of a gate being camped are directly proportional to the ISK value of the ship you are currently flying.
