Day 1: A random cap pilot is heard freaking out over comms because his ship is out of scrotium. Conclusion - this must be a material of such rarity, that it surpasses only neophite.
Day 2: Having succumbed to its allure, I have now embarked on finding some of this rarest of ores.
Day 3: I have decided the industrialists in the Blueprint Channel will certainly know where to find this ore:

[14:06:24] Sales Alt negrodamus > scrotium is refined from an ore called ballsackite
[14:06:48] Mjolnir Gost > ahh... is this found in null, low or highsec?

[14:07:30] Scarlett Fox > near deesnuts
