500 g fine flour 1 dl milk 220 ml water 20 g fresh yeast 1 teaspoon sugar 9 g salt 5 dl sunflower oil
Preparation Mix the yeast with the sugar and a teaspoon of flour, then pour in the lukewarm milk. Leave to rise for ten minutes. Sift the flour into a bowl, add the salt, the risen yeast and the water. Knead thoroughly until the dough is smooth and shiny. This is important because it will prevent the dough from tearing when stretching. Cover and let rise until doubled in size, about one hour. Divide the dough into equal pieces, shape them, and let rest for 10 minutes. Heat the oil and when it is hot, start rolling out the dough with oiled hands so that it does not stick to your hands. Fry both sides until golden brown, then drain. Serve as desired. Recipe info Preparation time: 20 min Cooking time: 30 min
