Preparation: Place the washed, prepared fruit in a large pot and cover with approx. 4.5 liters of water. Add the sugar, salt, and spices, and bring to a boil. While it is boiling, mix the pudding powder with the vanilla sugar, then add the yogurt, followed by the cream, and stir until smooth. Gradually dilute the pudding powder with the boiling soup, then pour it into the soup, stirring continuously. After boiling for a few minutes, cover to prevent the fruit from overcooking.
