“Cherry picking exploration sites” — defined as the willful selection, occupation, or extraction of exploration signatures or anomalies to the detriment of sanctioned survey patterns and authorized fleet operations — constitutes a punishable offense under Section III, Articles 4–7 of the Charter.

Any individual or corporation found engaging in such activity:

Violates the tenets of lawful exploration conduct,

Disrupts equitable access to relic and data sites,

Is to be regarded as a criminal actor under the authority of the Galactic Explo Protection Directorate.

Per the law, offenders are subject to:

Immediate revocation of exploration credentials,

Galactic jurisdiction prosecution,

Sanctioned interdiction by Guardian fleets, and

Permanent listing on the Interstellar Criminal Registry.
