Any individual or corporation found engaging in such activity:
Violates the tenets of lawful exploration conduct,

Is to be regarded as a criminal actor under the authority of the Galactic Explo Protection Directorate.
Per the law, offenders are subject to:
Immediate revocation of exploration credentials,
Galactic jurisdiction prosecution,
Sanctioned interdiction by Guardian fleets, and
Permanent listing on the Interstellar Criminal Registry.
