Noshiro Meta was born in the industrial undercities of Mannar Prime, where he learned early that information was the strongest currency. While his family worked factory lines, Noshiro dismantled abandoned drones and taught himself how to rebuild them into tools, weapons, and occasionally problems.
A Federal Naval Academy recruiter caught him running one of his modified drones for local data smugglers. Instead of prison, Noshiro was offered enrollment. He excelled—especially in drone warfare and electronic tactics—but constantly challenged doctrine, making him both respected and inconvenient.
During his first deployment, a Caldari ambush blinded his fleet with ECM. Noshiro jury-rigged a direct neural link to the ship’s drones, cutting through the jamming and saving the convoy at the cost of burning out half his cybernetics. The incident pushed the Federation to fast-track him into capsuleer training.
Once reborn as a capsuleer, Noshiro walked away from Federal politics entirely. He now operates independently across New Eden, guided by his personal “Meta Protocol”: Control information. Stay unpredictable. Solve the battlefield faster than anyone else.
To allies, he’s valuable. To enemies, he’s a problem. To Noshiro, he’s simply free.
