Widely considered a thought leader for the missileer community, he holds a PhD in Missile Rigging Theory (University of Caille, Egghelende Campus) and another PhD in Missile Flight Time (University of Jita Online) and did his undergraduate work at Dronelands University majoring in applied kinetic damage.

Present at the Battle of the First Assassination of Demio's Vargur in the beginning of YC127, mere hours before the Battle of the BWF Keepstar, Booty famously held the line and emerged victorious against four Fraternity dreadnoughts in his Raven Navy Issue, the PHS St. Stephen.
