Welcome to the Velator to Vigilant Bootstrap Challenge!

The goal is to build a Vigilant following the below restrictions and join the Angel Cartel in Zarzakh, as I understand the Serpentis are allied with the Angels.

Restrictions:

- no tutorial
- no agents (except to accumulate enough LP to buy the 60 Serpentis NET Resonators required to build the Vigilant)
- no AIR Daily Goals
- no AIR Career Program
- no daily starter gifts
- no event gifts (e.g. Winter Nexus)
- no buying from or selling to players on the market
- no high security space except in a corvette (traveling through is acceptable, but no ISK-making activities of any kind)

Things that are allowed:

- looting wrecks, including wrecks I didn't make (but not including wrecks any of my alts made)
- looting wrecks, cans, drones, etc. of other players that are hanging around in space (e.g. mining jetcans on belts, abandoned drones)
- buying blueprints from NPCs on the market
- insurance
- accumulating enough Serpentis LP to buy 60 Serpentis NET resonators
