The Interstellar Services Department – or ISD - is a team of volunteers who give their free time to help with various tasks around CCP and EVE, such as moderating the forums, help channels, testing bugs/QA, news/storytelling, etc. You can learn more about the ISD program on the official page.
Where to find ISD STAR? In the Help Chat Channels, we're the ones with teal, green, or yellow
ISD can not accept ISK donations.
ISD do not reply to EVE Mails or PMs to discuss moderation actions. Please contact Customer Support in those cases.
If things are challenging, perhaps grab yourself a quick shower, or take the opportunity to get yourself hydrated, go take your meds if you need to, throw on some fresh clothes, go for a short walk, grab something healthy to eat etc. Take care of yourselves people, you matter.
