Ciara Niamh (Pronounced "Kee-ra Nee-iv") was only a little thing when she was found, huddled, cold and barely conscious in the wreckage of a damaged and drifting wreck by an Achura ship travelling by. Ciara was taken in as an adoptive member to their family and treated just like any of the other children, shown no bias or favour different to any other of her adoptive kin. Ciara helped out maintining the ship that had saved her, becoming a valued member and learning the trade of her new Achura family. As she grew, Ciara showed a proficency with starship tactics and weaponry, growing in strength and talent, and soon entered the fast-track program for the Caldari State War Academy.

As Ciara came into her own as a burgeoning adult, she was eventually accepted into the state's Capsuleer program, and quickly made a name for herself as one of the most promising pilots the academy had seen in quite some time.

But somewhere in the back of Ciara's mind was a niggling thought. It had been there all along, for as long as Ciara could remember, before anything else she knew. She had always kept it a secret, for fear of what her family may think. Writhing and wriggling like an omniscient worm in the flesh of her brain, the thought constantly begged to be let out. And all it kept repeating, with dark and sinister intent, was,

"Follow the white rabbit."
