Helavulff grew up with her older brother Silvervulff, and their adopted sister Ainen' og. Hela left home relatively young, she says it was because of her sister's disgusting antics with a trifle.... But it's not hard to see the real reason was her love of the humble pastry. She'd heard of the cream horn, but never understood what it was until sampling one herself.

Both `Hela` and `Aina` formed a Kung Fu training club, because some people will not accept no for an answer.... They also will not part with pastries or trifles easily.
