A graduate of the State War Academy's Combat Pilot Center Rico is fiercly loyal to the Caldari state. He later moved to low sec and then wormholes where he worked his way up to being head of industry and second in command of a wormhole corp called Bob's bait and tackle. After the collapse of the corp he remembered his duty to the state and formed Hyasyoda's Capsuleer Militia a capsuleer militia associated with the Hyasyoda corporation. This corp was approved for a merger and a new corp called Kairiola's legacy. He is continued fighting for the state, then returned to wormhole space with his values of honesty and integrity as well as his noctis - Janitor 36 of course
