This recipie comes from my Mom. Coming from a VERY Irish background my history is very heavily rooted in seafood.
Ingredients: - 4 Cod Fillets, as fresh as you can. - 1/4 cup butter, REAL butter. Not that fake shit. - 1 TBSP Lemon Juice - 1 TBSP Minced Garlic - 2 TBSP Minced Parsley - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1/2 tsp Pepper - 4 Slices Lemon
1. Preheat oven 400 F. IDK what that is in C, nor do I care. Oil a large rimmed baking sheet. 2. Add the butter, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper to small bowl. Mix well until combined. 3. Spread the butter mixture over the fillets top each with a slice of lemon. 4. Bake for 15 - 20 min or until cod is OPAQUE and flakes easily. 5. Eat the fucking fish.
