Daesil was born on an asteroid station of Ammold, one of the largest and most bustling hubs in the area. Her parents were ice haulers, scraping a living by transporting precious water from icy moons to the parched colonies scattered throughout the world. From a young age, Daesil learned the harsh realities of life in space: the constant struggle for air, water, and respect.
Growing up, Daesil was fascinated by the stars. She would spend hours staring out of the small viewport in her family’s cramped quarters, dreaming of a life beyond the oppressive confines of the asteroid belts. Her parents, though loving, were often too exhausted from their grueling work to nurture her dreams. Instead, Daesil found solace in the stories of old places, tales of vast oceans and endless skies, and she vowed to one day see them for herself.
Daesil’s life took a dramatic turn when she was 16. Her parents were killed in a tragic accident during a routine ice haul, leaving her alone and vulnerable. Determined to survive and despite the hardships, Daesil never lost her love for the stars. She became a skilled pilot, known for her daring maneuvers and unyielding spirit.
Daesil’s journey is one of resilience and hope. She fights not just for herself, but for all those who have been oppressed and forgotten. Her ultimate goal is to see a world where the stars are no longer just a distant dream, but a reality for all.
