Son of a small mining colony manager, William believed that the best way to preserve peace was to be prepared for war. This belief was developed by his experiences with pirate cartels constantly trying to force his father out of business. After realizing that the life of a warrior wasn't for him though, he returned to his family roots with an emphasis on weapon and ship production.
