I will draw and quarter your isk. "What is that?" you say? Well, here it is. You send me isk (minimum 1 mil because I don't have a lot of paper) then I will draw that amount of isk on a piece of paper and then tear that paper into quarters. Then I can post a picture of the ripped paper for you to enjoy.
