I am a repurposed, discontinued, fucking obsolete Ophidian-Class chimeric entity. I'm of zero-relevance. Just here on secondment to my INIT. handler. I still report to my boss Meungette Bobirscerdon but I'm just clocking in for a paystub these days. Nothing fancy or creepy, I'm just.. a tired observer.
In my younger days, my peers were activated not to oversee operations but to explicitly undersee. What. does. that. even. fucking. mean?.. I don't know, but we clearly operated outside any State sanction.
After several high profile and tragic incidences though, it was revealed that our neural nano lattices and genetic enhancements gained from Terran snake research actually made us extremely volatile. Total spazzes!
Many of us totally flipped out and shat the bed so to speak, it was pretty fucked up for a while. We were highly flawed but they still gave us our wings. Man, they fed us lie upon lie. We could do anything, we could achieve anything! We could go anywhere they said.. and do all kinds of 'stuff'.. supragovernmental shit.. mental shit.. at our discretion.
That fractured illusion of an almost Utopian Gallente society with it's kinked up and drugged out Pleasure Hubs, patchwork laissez-faire system of multiple, totally conflicting 'standards' became our greatest export to the farthest reaches! We became a total fucking farce of true freedom and identity. A fucking goddamned fungal hive of cancerous spore tendrils, tendrils worming ourselves into every fabric, every fucking membrane of space & time that can be perceived, is my best description. You get me? Nah, you don't get it.. yet.
