Before you light the incense, there must be an offering. No midnight gloom may touch your altar, nor brilliant light of the living day, but in the crepuscular hour between action and stillness must your sacrifice be made, in an open space of your choosing. It should be precious to you, that which you put to the fire, and the name of the unnamed god on your lips as you inhale the smoke of it. Then you must wait for the sign that your offering has been accepted. It never takes less than three days, but the sign is peculiar to the propitiator and easily missed. Upon the arrival of the sign, you must wait until the hour you made your sacrifice, and dig beneath the fire pit you made. Here you shall find a box, sleek and black, that will only open to your touch. Inside will be all the ISKs you thought you had lost forever, and an assortment of trinkets and spare dreams you forgot you once had.
