Ela-jaa Vin'dacar was born in Matar space while her father died in a distant war. She and her half-sister were raised at Loguttur IV. Believing she could made a difference she joined the Federal Navy academy at a young age. After graduation she applied to the Center for Advanced Studies to do research on ancient technologies. Led by ambition and curiosity she tries to gain fame and glory and help those born in captivity.
