I've never trusted the Caldari State, and I never will. I don't think I can ever forgive them for following Heth down his insane path to war. Even now, years after his regime collapsed, they have no interest in seeking peace. The Intaki tried appeasing them, and look what it got them. Monastaries in flames. Children maimed and killed by Lai Dai mines even after we chased them out of the system.

Our choice now must be to bring the megacorporate oligarchs to their knees. There is no price in Caldari blood that they are unwilling to pay to maintain their power, and the cost to the Federation to bring this war to a final end will be terrible beyond reckoning. But it must be done.
