CONCORD operatives have recently recieved unconfirmed reports from third party sources that Solara has been spotted in various major conflicts within different regions of sovereignty space. In addition, rumor has it that Solara has risen within the structure of corperate power and is now a diplomatic representative of his organisation.
These recent developments have promted CONCORD to execute order 56, authorizing the use of targeted assassination, but with little avail.
