A veteran of the Minmatar Special Forces Storm gained a reputation as a hit and run operator on the Amar/Minmatar boarder but because of his wandering ways was always gone longer than authorized but the reports that would follow him home would tell of assassinations and key locations either damaged or destroyed. Now none of this could be directly attributed to Storm but his reputation within the teams grew because of it.
